0024771: Parallelization of checkshape::BRepCheck_Face::ClassifyWires() algorithm

- Fixed BRepCheck_ParallelWireChecker functor-interface for parallel processing.

Remained problems:
 - Not thread-safe BRepTopAdaptor_FClass2d class. (neccessary to change iterations on sequence collection fields).
