0024474: GCPnts_AbscissaPoint calculates invalid point
DRAW command discrCurve was created to test GCPnts_UniformAbscissa by count of discretization point.
Two bugs in GCPnts_AbscissaPoint were fixed.
DRAW tests for the bug were created.
