0031388: To support kinematics data in STEP format

 - Upgrade tests for current kinematic entities
 - Fix Write/Read Referenced shapes of link
 - Fix Write/Read pairs without limits(not ranged)
 - Fix choosing base kinematic  link of mechanism
 - Fix set/get XCAFKinematics_HighOrderPairObject
   - SlidingSurface, RollingSurface, SlidingCurve, RollingCurve hasn't limits
   - PointOnPlanarCurve, PointOnSurface has only trimmed geometry, if limited
